In our commitment to fulfilling the JCS Mission Statement, we recognize that fostering servant leadership involves stepping beyond our comfort zones. Therefore, we provide JCS juniors and seniors with mission opportunities that take them away from home: initially within the United States, and subsequently to international destinations. These controlled cultural immersion experiences have proven to be transformative for our students. While often initially approached with skepticism and trepidation, they ultimately result in broadened perspectives and a deeper understanding of Christ's call to love others and spread the gospel. Lives are changed, relationships are forged, and above all, God is honored by our obedience.
